Since May 2024, we’ve been doing a monthly residency at Portland jazz club The 1905, featuring a different Brazilian composer every month. In August, we’re going to do a live recording there.
In 2019, our bandleader Kerry Politzer released “Diagonal: A Tribute to Durval Ferreira.” The album is available at CDBaby and was included in Mark Holston’s three-part “Back to Brazil” series at All About Jazz.
